How to Word a Message to Exness Customer Service
A written request is read by someone who may not share the language it was written in. The parts that come through a translation step unharmed are the ones that are not words: a number, an exact time, a picture of the screen.

Wording passes through a translation step at least once, and twice when the reply comes back the same way. Anything that must not be paraphrased is safer written as a figure.
What a round trip does to a sentence
Send a sentence into another language and bring it back, and the meaning returns intact while the precision does not. Words of degree are the first to go: several, soon, a long time, quite slow. Each of them has a span, each span is different for every reader, and no translation is obliged to preserve it because nothing in the sentence says what it was.
Tense is the second. A phrase like it is still not there carries a history — it was expected, it has not appeared, time has passed. Round-tripped, it can come back as it is not there, which describes a state and not a wait. The reader answers the sentence that arrived.
Identifiers behave in the opposite way. A number is the same number in every language, a timestamp with its zone written out points at one minute of one day, and an image is not translated at all. A message built on those three arrives whole no matter how many hands it passes through.
Why the short line with a figure wins
A long message is not more informative than a short one; it is more reconstructive. Every paragraph of context is something the reader has to turn back into facts before anything can be checked, and each turn is a place where a detail can be dropped.
Two identifiers and one exact time describe an event completely: which account, which operation, which minute. Three paragraphs around them describe how the wait felt, which is real and which nobody can look up. Keeping both is fine — the order is what matters, with the facts first and the explanation after them.
This is not an argument against writing in your own language. It is an argument for carrying the facts in the parts of a message that a change of language cannot touch, and letting the words carry only the parts that are allowed to be approximate.
Four replacements to make before sending
- Replace every word of degree — long, slow, many, soon — with the figure it stands for.
- Replace today, yesterday and just now with a date, a clock time and the time zone that clock was in.
- Replace retyped text of an on-screen message with a picture of the whole window it appeared in.
- Replace my account and the payment with the numbers that identify them.
- Read the message back with the adjectives removed. If nothing is missing, it will survive any language it is read in.
