A Mac for the afternoon, a phone for the night
The daytime half is what a Mac is good at. On UTC+5 the European session runs through the local afternoon, and a laptop that is open anyway can hold several charts, a watch list and the drawing work that a small screen makes tedious. An installed terminal keeps that arrangement on the machine, so it reopens in the state it was left in.
The night half belongs to whatever is nearby. The American session opens in the local evening and runs on into the small hours, by which point a laptop lid is usually closed. Nothing has to be handed over for that: the account is reached by its login, so the phone shows the same positions the Mac was looking at, and an order placed on one is visible from the other.
Because both routes reach the same account, the decision does not have to be made once and for good. A Mac that stays on a desk can carry an installed terminal while another machine is used through a browser tab in the same week, and neither arrangement changes anything about the account behind them.
